Greetings, Imperials! There are a number of types of courses currently offered at the Academy. The details of each type of course can be found below. To take a course, simply chose one of the links from the menu on the right.

Certification courses at the Imperial Academy certify ownership of and combat skills in The Galactic Empire's supported game platforms. The most basic certification is the Basic Combat certification (BCC), which simply indicates ownership of the game and basic combat knowledge thereof.

All officers are highly encouraged to become certified in all platforms that they own. This grants them the ability to participate in a wider range of operations, as well as the flexibility to transfer into units based on other primary platforms.

Advanced Combat Certifications(ACC) go a step further and indicate a high level of skill in a platform supported by the Galactic Empire. Whereas a BCC in one's squadron or company platform is required by officers desiring to receive promotions above the preliminary rank of Ensign or Private First Class, ACCs serve as a sign of skill and dedication. Although not required, they are a clear sign of an exceptional officer, and are recommended for those members who wish to prove their excellence in the GE.

Officer Exams are courses created for use by officers planning to move up in the ladder of command, which requires greater knowledge than the lower positions. Any officer is free to take these exams, although some may be required for certain positions.

Supplemental Courses are designed to test and further an officer's "real life" knowledge in areas that will be of assistance within the Empire Reborn. In addition, some courses may focus on knowledge of the Star Wars universe.
