The Galactic Empire: An Empire Reborn - The Imperial Academy. 'A Challenge This Big Is Not For Everyone!'

Here you will find information about how to take a screenshot in many of the games that the Galactic Empire supports. If you have further information about taking screenshots in one of these games, or can supply information for a game lacking information, please send an email to the Commandant.

If your game does not have any information listed here or if you are unable to take a screenshot by following the instructions included here, you may need to manually take screenshots or make use of a screen-capture program, such as Screenshot Utility or ScreenPrint.

In order to take screenshots manually, you should press the Print Scrn button, located next to the F12 button on most keyboards. Then close or minimize your game and open an image-editing program, such as MS Paint. Chose the "Paste" option or hit the Cnrl and v keys to paste the screenshot into the program. Save the image in .jpg or .gif format.

The file names of the screenshots will appear as "jshot000", "jshot001", etc., and will be saved in bitmap ".bmp" format.

If you encounter problems with the built-in screen capture program, then you may need to ensure that you close other applications before playing Jedi Knight. To do this, right-click on any icons on the Windows Task Bar or next to the clock and select to Exit, Close, Disable, or Unload these applications before launching the game.

You may also want to try using another Windows screen capture utility that is running in the background when you play the game to see if it will work for you.
