BASIC CERTIFICATION
The X-wing vs TIE Fighter Basic Certification is intended to prove ownership of and basic combat proficiency in LucasArts' X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter. The requirements are as below:
1. Own the retail version of X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter from LucasArts.
2. E-Mail your best pilot file (*.plt) to the Commandant, ensuring it meets the following criteria:
- All Imperial Single-Player Training missions completed with Adequate (or better) performance.
- The minimum rank of Officer 1st Class, OR 20 NON-computer (multiplayer) kills.

2. Participate in ONE multiplayer match with any GE member. Get screenshots of the score. (Try #Galactic_Empire on the UnderNet using IRC, or arrange a game on the GE:ER Message Boards).
ADVANCED CERTIFICATION
The X-Wing vs TIE Fighter Advanced certification is intended to prove advanced combat proficiency in LucasArts' X-Wing vs TIE Fighter. The requirements are as below:
1. Own the retail version of X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter from LucasArts.
2. E-Mail your best pilot file (*.plt) to the Commandant, ensuring it meets the following criteria:
- All Imperial Missions completed with Adequate or better performance.
- The minimum rank of Ace 1st Class OR 60 NON-computer (multiplayer) kills.
Note: "Imperial Missions" refers only to those missions in XvT 1.1x itself. Those added by Balance of Power are not required. Screenshots should be in .jpg or .gif format. XvT pilot files should be ZIP-compressed before sending.
Ensure you include your ID Line in your mail.
